My Story

From Big Corporate, to recent acquisition, to pre-IPO, to Series A and beyond.

I graduated in 2016 and got my start in sales when I joined the SAP Early Talent Graduate Programme that rotated us between Copenhagen, San Francisco and Barcelona (time of my life!).

I learned doing Big Software to Big Enterprises but not much about scaling a business much less hunting new business.

Next up, I joined the AppDynamics enterprise team, world-renowned for it's A-Player culture and sales org which led them to the highest IPO multiple for it's time (Snowflake and others beat it since).

This was baptism-by-fire in running data-driven sales. Nothing left to chance, no excuses, craftsmanship at it's finest, and I LOVED it (I'd also never worked harder in my life).

I since joined an AI "start-up", (pre-IPO but with $600m in funding). implementing the same sales Playbook and opening the Nordic market. No amount of money could have bought a better education in AI/ML and how to take an emerging technology to market.

Fast forward two years, I've closed big deals (multi-million $), small deals and everything in between, but more importantly I know how they're both all different, yet all the same. I now help everything from Series A start-ups to publicly listed companies crack their sales-code and unlock their growth potential.

Sales is hard but it's not random and like every other process, it can be standardised, optimised and perfected for consistent, repeatable growth.
